HALL
Qualified over 30 years and with 25
years practice experience in Newcastle, Peter deals mainly
with property (residential and commercial), wills, probate
and company and commercial work. He is a member of the Society
of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

TREVOR
SMITH, LL.B.
Trevor
has been in practice in the Newcastle
area for over 30 years. He is the firm's Franchise Representative
for its Legal Aid Contract and his main areas of work are
divorce and matrimonial, house buying and
selling, personal injury, wills and probate and general litigation.
Trevor is a trained mediator and a
member of Northern Dispute Resolution. He is also a member
of the Law Society's Family
Panel. Trevor has a long association with Newcastle upon Tyne
Citizens Advice Bureau where he is a director and trustee,
as well as the Bureau's Legal Advisor.

NUALA
BRANNAN
With
over 25 years experience in family law, Nuala's special interests
are divorce, separation, financial disputes and
disagreements about children issues.
She is an advanced member of the Law
Society's Family Panel and a member of Resolution, formerly
SFLA, which promotes a constructive
and conciliatory approach to resolving family disputes. Nuala
is also a Collaborative Lawyer,
which is a process aimed at reaching solutions together to
ease the pain of relationship
breakdown.
